projekt0708 GmbH is an innovative IT-Service and Consulting enterprise, which has specialized in SAP Cloud solutions for HR (SAP SuccessFactors), SAP ERP Human Capital Management (SAP ERP HCM) and SAP-Concur solutions. Moreover, projekt0708 is an adept partner for mobilization and simplification of business applications relying on latest SAP-UI-technologies, e.g. SAP Fiori. The company´s headquarters are located in Munich.

Initially chosen as a working title for the founders´s “project self-employment“, the company´s name remained unchanged ever since. Started in July 2008, projekt0708`s employees support customers of every size and all industries. Hence, the consulting services are also addressed to companies with an international approach. The focus is clearly set on HR consulting, process development and especially on SAP-SuccessFactors. Furthermore, the company´s expertise also includes all relevant technologies, methods and programming languages for customized implementations and additional developments.

As early as 2014, projekt0708 was awarded as SAP Partner with SAP Recognized Experience for SAP ERP HCM  for their recognized competency and success in Germany. Since 2016 the company´s status is SAP Gold Partner and it became Cloud Reselling Partner the year after. During 2018 projekt0708 focused on SAP cloud soulutions and became both, SAP Concur Customer Success Partner (CSP) and SAP Concur Certified Implementation Partner (CIP). Within the same year, the company was also nominated SAP Recognized Expert for the SAP SuccessFactors solutions Recruiting and Onboarding. In 2018, project0708 focused on SAP's cloud solutions and became an SAP Concur Customer Success Partner (CSP) and SAP Concur Certified Implementation Partner (CIP). Since then, project0708 has possessed SAP Recognized expertise for User Experience and for the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding, Talent as well as Learning Solutions.

Our Vision / Mission


This statement shows explicitely, how projekt0708 works: in cooperation with internationally operating companies, we design and implement premium HR-processes and are expertised in the mobilization and simplification of business applications.

Our goal is to meet tomorrow´s challenges by focusing on innovative and sustainable SAP solutions. Hence, our goal is not merely living up to our customers´ expectations, but excellence –  we always strive for 120%.

Matthias Grün XingLindedIn

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)


Matthias Grün is part of projekt0708´s management board since 2012. He studied business informatics, graduated with a master´s degree in business administration and with over 14 years of experience in SAP, he has gained great expertise in HR-Cloud and Talent Management. As consultant in the intersecting areas of HR and IT, he accompanies enterprises of any size in their SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Talent Management transformations. Matthias is your direct contact person from conceptual design and implementation, up to rolling out your individual solutions.

Responsibility and professional focus

In his position as CEO, Matthias is responsible for projekt0708´s internal management and is in charge for the company´s future strategic focus as well as the continous development of new business fields. Moreover, he also holds the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) and, hence, is also in charge of the company´s operative business.

Matthias has extensive experience and expertise in defining HR-processes and how to transfer them into IT-systems, therefore, he knows exactly how to successfully integrate Talent Management processes in his customers´ daily corporate lives.

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)


Dirk Jäckel is part of projekt0708´s management board since the beginning of 2008 and supported various customers with their technical implementation of individualized SAP HR solutions ever since. The business informatics graduate knows through years of operational experience, when it´s about time for IT-companies to explore new HR-technologies.

Responsibility and professional focus

In his position as Chief Technology Officer, Dirk Jäckel is responsible for the HR Technology & UX division. Hence, he is in charge for projekt0708´s development solutions, identification of future trends in digitalization as well as examination of the latest SAP technologies. In addition, all SAP UI coding languages and technologies are part of his agenda.

His speciality are SAP Self-Services (ESS/MSS) and the SAP Talent Modules on premise: E-Recruiting, Performance Management and SAP Enterprise Compensation Management. Furthermore, consulting in terms of SAP infrastructure application, e.g. SAP NetWeaver Portal, SAP Fiori Launchpad or SAP Cloud Platform, do also belong to Dirk Jäckel´s principal tasks.

Chief Information Officer (CIO)


Christian Korte is a member of the board since the beginning of 2011. He has a great range of experience in software development, project management and application support. Based on his technical expertise, Christian is able to lead projects efficiently and manage applications profoundly.

Responsibility and professional focus

In his role as Chief Information Officer, Christian Korte is in charge of conception, development and maintenance of projekt0708´s applications and addons. Furthermore, he is in lead of the operational business unit HR Support and the company´s infrastructure.

Christian Korte´s professional focus are the SAP Talentmanagement modules, hybrid integrational scenarios as well as customer solutions in HR digitalization. The qualified IT business engineer is a popular expert in software architecture and is responsible for the implementation of complex customer solutions.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)


Since 2008 Michael Scheffler is part of projekt0708´s management board. In his function, he advises companies with conception and implementation of SAP solutions for HR. Having over 20 years of experience as manager, project leader and SAP HCM consultant, he has outstanding knowledge of SAP- and IT industries. Hence, he - as SAP-Expert- writes about possibilities of standard software with focus on HR digitalization and talent management for COMPUTERWOCHE.

Responsibility and professional focus

In his role as projekt0708´s chief financial officer, Michael Scheffler is in charge of the IT-consultancy´s internal services, which include the business units Finance, Controlling, Human Resources (HR) and Marketing.

His professional focus is on both, SAP Talentmanagement and digitalization of HR processes. Based on Michael Scheffler´s many years of experience, he has extensive knowledge of various SAP ERP HCM Suite components, especially SAP Organizational Management (OM), SAP Self-Services (ESS/MSS) and the toolset SAP Processes and Forms (P&F).

Jörg Ehrlich Xing

Director HR Solutions


Since 2013 Jörg Ehrlich works for projekt0708, first as a Senior Consultant, then as director of the HR Solutions business unit. He started his career as HR trainee for global project- and process management at an European Bank in 2007. Various HCM rollouts were supported by him in different roles and as person of charge for both, technical and functional requirements. Since 2013 Jörg Ehrlich concentrates on SuccessFactors and has gained profound knowledge in the SAP HR Cloud solution and its hybrid deployments in association with SAP ERP HCM (on premise) ever since.

Responsibility and professional focus

Jörg Ehrlich is director of the HR Solutions business unit since 2018 and is responsible for the implementation of SAP standard solutions in SAP ERP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.

He has an extensive knowledge in Talentmanagement and is specialized in Learning and Recruiting. This knowhow in combination with a deep technical understanding allow Jörg Ehrlich to lead customer projects to success.

Stefanie Sehm XingLindedIn

Director HR Technology


Stefanie Sehm is part of projekt0708´s leadership board since 2018. With more than 10 years of experience in development and consulting, the certified computer scientist is more than qualified for consulting in SAP HR. Her experience in application and project management identify her as ideal person in charge for customer projects of any size. She supports projects either in a leading position with a deep technical expertise, or as implementation consultant along with an holistic approach.

Responsibility and professional focus

Stefanie Sehm is the leading director of the HR Technology business unit, which offers consulting in technology, technical conceptions, requirement management and SAP in-house development around SAP technologies, like ABAP/OO, Web Dynpro for ABAP, Floorplan Manager, Business Workflow, Adobe Print Forms, SAPUI5, etc.

Based on her multifaceted experience, Stefanie Sehm has extended knowledge in the SAP ERP HCM Suite´s components. She focuses on the implementation of wholistic HR processes with SAP Employee- and Manager Self Services (ESS/MSS), SAP processes and forms (P&F) and in-house developments.

Since 2014 Nils Rebhan is part of projekt0708´s leadership board. More than 8 years of experience in consulting and development and 7 years as Chief Marketing Officer in SAP environments, qualify him optimally for consulting in the SAP HR division. His excellent knowledge in mobilization and simplification of business applications based on SAP UI technologies, e.g. SAP Fiori, define him as an ideal person in charge for digital trends and their development potentials.

Responsibility and professional focus

In his role as Director Innovations, Nils Rebhan is responsible for projekt0708´s innovative solution approaches and technologies. Hence, the identification and application of new trends in IT, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or SAP Leonardo are part of his agenda. Furthermore, he supports the sections Sales and Business Development.

Nils Rebhan´s expert knowledge in SAP surface technologies (User Experience), mobile solutions as well as the linking of non-SAP systems enables him to support projekt0708´s customers with the implementation of modern talent management solutions and HR process digitalization.

Anton is part of projekt0708´s leadership team since November 2019. He holds a degree in tourism- and travel management from the University of Applied Sciences Worms and aquired SAP know-how and experience in consulting since 2009. At the Walldorf-based software manufacturer SAP, he worked in product management for travel management software and also wrote his thesis on "Optimization Possibilities for Travel Management Processes". Anton continues on specializing in travel management and corresponding SAP-based IT systems, for which he is your direct contact.

Responsibility and technical focus

In his position as Managing Consultant and with extensive international knowledge, Anton Novac is responsible for project0708´s expansion into Spain and our office in Barcelona.

Within his professional specialization, Anton advises his customers on SAP Concur´s  travel management solutions and SAP-on-premise systems as well as on SAP system integrations and interfaces.

In our role as official SAP Gold Partner for Human Capital Management we design, implement and integrate SAP HR respectively HCM solutions, and optimize business processes in HR. Within our strategical partnership with system manufacturer SAP we are especially involved in HR Solution Management and Sales. projekt0708 offers individualized cloud solutions for HR – our partner Textkernel complements our offer by contributing great knowledge in artificial intelligence and machine-learning-technologies based on years of experience.

Together with our partner, we offer consulting and implementation of User-Experience (UX) design. For instance, we offer support in user research via monitoring or task analyzes (among other feedback methods), for a better understanding of user actions, needs and motivation.


projekt0708´s forest in Kenia

project0708 had its 10 years anniversary in July 2019! In coopartion with our partner treedom, we planted the first 10 trees of our company´s forest in Kenia. The fruit, avocado, common guava, tamarind and mango, will be harvested and processed by local farmers. We take our responsibility towards society seriously and are deeply grateful for being in a position, that allows us, to give something in return.

The initiative, founded in 1985 as “Elterninitiative krebskranke Kinder München e.V.“, supports children diagnosed with cancer, and their relatives. They offer a broad range of assistance, from financial support, payment of staff, housing for parents and ward equipment to an extensive amount of aftercare offers.

We try to support this great project with charity activities, e.g. projekt0708 staff-fitness-challenge, to help improve the quality of life for seriously ill children and youths, and their families.
