The ranking of the top employers of medium-sized businesses by FOCUS BUSINESS includes the results of a study conducted with its research partner FactField. This combines an online survey of employees supplemented by the evaluation of existing online reviews for the respective companies.
Among the top 25 percent in the IT sector
The digitalization push of recent years has led to an increased demand for IT services on the market. For employers in this sector, the need to retain their own employees is increasing in times of a shortage of skilled workers. The IT service and consulting company projekt0708 GmbH was once again able to convince its employees. The company holds the 167th place out of 811 in the EDP and IT sector and the 841st place out of 4,000 in the overall ranking.
In order to meet the employees' demands for a modern working environment, projekt0708 relies on flexible working models, a trusting working atmosphere and varied areas of responsibility. The cross-location collaboration of the teams is straightforward thanks to the possibility to work remotely.

35,000 companies analyzed using survey and online assessments
The study on which the ranking is based was conducted by FOCUS BUSINESS in cooperation with FactField GmbH. The survey took place between March 15 and May 16, 2022, after being distributed through various channels. It produced a total of around 338,000 evaluations from employees. On 03/21/2022, the data of online reviews was collected. In total, FOCUS BUSINESS and FactField analyzed over 35,000 companies with 11 to 500 employees. As one of around 4,000 other companies, projekt0708 GmbH once again made it into the list of Top Employers for SMEs 2023.
