The integration of the powerful video recruiting platform opens up new ways for SAP users to reach applicants. In addition to the live video call - the currently essential counterpart to the classic job interview - this includes the time-shifted interview and the video pitch. In the time-shifted interview, recruiters formulate their questions to the candidates in a short introduction video. Afterwards the candidates record their answer video at a suitable time, either mobile or via desktop. This saves not only travel effort, but also the often tedious process of arranging appointments. Companies can thus get into contact with potential talents more quickly.
The opportunity to introduce yourself in a short video is particularly well received by the young target group. Appeals for the video pitch are therefore particularly suitable for the search for apprentices, trainees or career starters. They are also easy to get in touch with via social media. In addition, this new recruiting variant has also proven to be a successful method for the pre-selection of candidates in sales, customer service and the hotel and catering industry, as it gives HR managers a direct impression of the applicants' personality.
projekt0708 recognizes the lively, innovative video formats as a real added value for recruiters and considers them a valuable addition to existing procedures. "We are pleased to be able to offer these formats within the scope of our cooperation with Cammio in high quality, convenient and secure for our customers", says Nils Rebhan, Director Sales at projekt0708. He also refers to the aspect of sustainability - in the long run, companies could save travel costs through virtual recruiting and at the same time help to relieve the environment.
When integrating the Cammio platform, the Munich-based IT service and consulting company was keen to keep the obstacles for job seekers and the workload for recruiters as low as possible. As with its own short application app, "p78 Quick Apply," the company therefore created a way to seamlessly transfer applicant data to SAP SuccessFactors via video application.
This also corresponds to the intention of the platform providers. "We aim to provide a first-class Candidate Experience," says Dimitri Knysch, Managing Director DACH at Cammio GmbH. But the application should also be intuitive and easy to use for the companies: "Here, projekt0708 convinced us with its really uncomplicated linking", Knysch continues.
