projekt0708 today announced its participation in DSAG Personnel Days 2022, where it will present two successful customer projects. With the theme, "Orientation in eventful times," and in cooperation with the International Association for SAP Partners (IA4SP), the first DSAG Personnel Days take place June 21 and 22, 2022 at Mercure Hotel MOA in Berlin.

The German-speaking SAP User Group e.V. (DSAG) is one of the world's most influential user associations comprising more than 60,000 members from over 3,800 companies in German-speaking countries. DSAG gives users a voice with companies from all industries, from small medium-sized businesses to global DAX corporations. As a forum, it creates a platform for knowledge transfer and the exchange of opinions on trends and topics related to SAP® products and services.

Digitalization of Employee Scheduling at dm-drogerie markt: Scheduled for June 21 at 2:45 p.m., and in cooperation with dmTECH, projekt0708 will present this lecture as part of the Digital Employee Management topic area. As part of this use case, Christoph Ade, SAP HCM Consultant at dmTECH, Ralph Tonn, User Experience Designer at movable.design and Stefanie Sehm, Director HR Technology at projekt0708 will demonstrate the SAP Fiori® applications developed for digital and mobile employee scheduling as part of Employee Self-Services (ESS) and Manager Self-Services (MSS).
How ProSiebenSat.1 Is Holistically Reorganizing Its HR Management – SAP® SuccessFactors® Implementation with Unique Job Portal: Scheduled for June 22 at 2:30 p.m. this lecture is dedicated to the comprehensive HR IT transformation at ProsiebenSat.1 Media SE, a digital group with leading entertainment brands and a strong dating and e-commerce business. Oliver Schultis, Director HR IT and Systems at ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE, and Jörg Ehrlich, Director HR Solutions at projekt0708, will explain the strategic considerations of the transformation project and the role of the new P7S1 job portal along with other topics.

More than 450 participants are currently expected for DSAG Personnel Days, which are planned as a face-to-face event. The agenda offers a wide variety of events spread over both days, as well as opportunities for networking. In addition to keynotes and presentations on current HR and IT topics planned by the organizers, participants can expect an exhibition with 25 SAP partner companies.

"During the event, participants will hear first-hand accounts primarily from customers," emphasizes Grün. "Of course, challenges, best practices and lessons learned from the course of the project will also be addressed."
