P78 Quick Apply for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
Complicated registration and time-consuming data entries not only make potential online buyers desperate, but also job seekers - who increasingly want to apply for jobs on mobile devices. In a recent survey conducted by "Bewerbungspraxis 2019", more than a quarter of the candidates surveyed stated that they often applied via smartphone while on the go. Their expectations: time savings and efficiency. So companies would do well to adapt their online recruiting to these expectations.

In addition to Quick Apply, other solutions for digitally supported recruiting are in the pipeline: p78 Search & Match Suite for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting will be ahead of the classic job advertisement and start a search process in internal databases and public profiles according to defined specifications. This will also save time and costs. The product will also be usable for applicants who are still uncertain about which job suits them best. Other solutions such as p78 Labor Market Insights, which facilitates job market analyses for recruiters, are in preparation.
Quick job application with minimal effort for candidates and HR departments
Let your applicants enjoy a unique and lean application process: no registration and password required as well as no time consuming form filling. This simple and fast process is adaptable to your company’s CI and fully integrated in your existing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
Using the software solution Extract! of our cooperation partner Textkernel, the CV parsing of the CV uploaded by the candidate is realized. The relevant candidate data such as first name, last name, e-mail address and postal address are extracted from the CV and transferred to the corresponding form fields of the p78 Quick Apply solution. The pre-filled information can be adjusted manually by the candidate if required. Finally, on this basis, a (registered) candidate is created in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
Support of desktop & mobile devices
The p78 Quick Apply is based on SAP Fiori or the UI technology SAPUI5, which is based on the web standard HTML5. Using modern UX design principles, a comparable user experience is therefore made possible like for general consumer apps. The application is accordingly running on mobile devices, but also in desktop environments (Web browsers) and for digitally supported recruiting: p78 Search & Match Suite for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting will be ahead of the classic job advertisement and will first start a search in internal databases and public profiles according to defined specifications. This will also save time and costs. The product will also be suitable for applicants who are still uncertain about which job suits them best. Other solutions such as p78 Labor Market Insights, which facilitates job market analyses for recruiters, are in preparation.
Additional product based on the Business Technology Platform
Our add-on product complements the SAP standard and was implemented on the basis of the SAP Cloud Platform (BTP). The solution will soon be available in the SAP App Center. Comparable to the guest access for online orders, it allows job seekers to submit their candidate data quickly and easily without registration. The resume can be uploaded either from a smartphone or directly from the cloud.
Upload of multiple candidate documents
The applicant can use the p78 Quick Apply to upload multiple candidate documents. Up to three documents such as cover letter, resume, and references are supported in parallel. Since the resume is required as basis for the CV parsing of his or her candidate data and for presetting the form fields, this document must be explicitly selected or marked as a CV.
Time saving even with e-mail applications
The p78 Quick Apply solution can also be used for applications that have reached the company via e-mail. In this case, the responsible recruiter no longer needs to enter or create the candidate manually in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.
