Our innovative software supplement supports the personnel recruitment process in many ways: p78 Search & Match Suite for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting is far ahead of the classic advertisement of a vacant position ("post and pray")! Our approach involves the usage of a special internal database (pool) and the connection of external job boards for the search process. Furthermore, we use the AI-based solution of the leading technology provider Textkernel. The extension "p78 Search & Match Suite for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting" now enables the use of the Textkernel software also in the environment of the SAP SuccessFactors Suite.

The cooperation between Textkernel and projekt0708 has resulted in several and outstanding extensions for the SAP Cloud Solutions for HR. These extensions can take your recruitment to the next level. They optimize the search process for relevant profiles. On the other hand, all job market information available on the (social) web is automatically "crawled" by the software supplement p78 Labor Market Insights. The p78 Quick Apply, on the other hand, optimizes the Candidate Experience through a comfortable and completely mobile "short application" without time-consuming registration process of the candidate.
All three approaches result in cost savings and advantages in competing for the best talents.
Search - Candidate Sourcing
Candidate Sourcing" is a component of the p78 Search & Match Suite and is used for proactively identifying suitable candidates for open positions (Active Sourcing). Recruiters can use a search order to search in several databases and social networks - even before publishing job advertisements on the relevant job markets. A central feature is the semantic technology that is active in the background of the software. Any profile you find in the sources used can be added to the in-house database (SAP SF). This increases the chance of finding the best possible applicant for a vacant position.
Once the relevant candidates are found and transferred to your SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting as a shortlist (=favorite list), the solution can also carry out an initial pre-selection or assessment of suitable candidates, for example by evaluating certificates and resumes. Within the Textkernel environment, candidates can also be compared directly according to relevance and suitability.
Match - Job Finder
With the "Job Finder" component you will no longer lose talented applicants in the future! Based on the Textkernel software product Match, this solution automatically searches for suitable positions in your company. Thus, you can also offer an attractive job to the so-called "Second Best Candidates", i.e. those applicants who only marginally missed a job in the selection process.
The software creates an automatic search request based on a CV or job offer. Subsequently, the application does not only search for the pure search term. Rather, it focuses on the meaning of the search query, i.e. it performs a semantic analysis of job advertisements, CVs and performance reviews.
Search & Match
By intelligently combining recruiting and artificial intelligence, the tool allows the exact matching of job descriptions and candidates and the matching of candidate profiles and job offers.
Even before a job is even advertised, internal databases or talent pools can be searched for suitable candidates. In the best case, this makes an external search obsolete. If an advertisement is still needed, the Search & Match Suite can significantly speed up the selection process compared to manual procedures.
The p78 Search & Match Suite is based on a software of our cooperation partner Textkernel. An AI-based matching for candidate selection is currently not yet part of the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Standard and thus completes this solution appropriately. projekt0708 supports you throughout the entire project, from initial requirements gathering and conception to technical implementation and seamless integration into the SAP SuccessFactors Suite.
