The digital life´s user experience puts high requirements on business applications: Smartphones and tablets score with new control concepts, which rely mostly on reduction and simplification. Therefore, employees expect the software they use at work to be simple and easy to use as well. SAP simplifies the SAP Business Suite´s user interface through Fiori Apps (free for SAP-customers), and hence, the SAP ERP Human Capital Management´s (HCM)  user interface as well. 

SAP Fiori is reduced to the essential, structured in a simple manner and easy to use. Therefore, the Cross-Device-Technology is desgined for SAP applications, that focus on the desktop area and mobile devices. It consists of role-based applications, which are called apps.

Among other activities, employees are able to view and edit their personal data profile in SAP Employee Self Services. Corrections in recording of time and attendance are also possible, whereas a shared team calendar shows information about the colleagues´ planned leaves. In addition to digital forms, e.g. requests for leaves, employees are also enabled to view and print certificates of attendance or payment.

SAP Manager Self Services

SAP Manager Self Services provides managers and CEOs with enhanced functions like a monthly notification of their employees´ upcoming jubilees and birthdays, or access to reports and evalutions of basic payment, salary development and time balance sheets. Moreover, they decide about upcoming leave requests, based on acccess to their master data and absences.

SAP HCM Processes & Forms

Companies, which strive to digitialize their processes cross-departmental, will find Framework SAP HCM Processes & Forms most interesting: this flexible solution helps you – in a modular concept – to digitalize your HR Processes and forms. The concentration of workflows and omssion of shipping leads to acceleration of processes in position planning. Pre-existing data can be maintained and revised efficiently, furthermore, reportings are accessible from the system at any time and provide transparency. It´s even possible to design special management reports, e.g. automatized comparative tableaus of target values / status quo for the whole company or single departments.
