The digital life´s user experience puts high requirements on business applications: Smartphones and tablets score with new control concepts, which rely mostly on reduction and simplification. Therefore, employees expect the software they use at work to be simple and easy to use as well. SAP simplifies the SAP Business Suite´s user interface through Fiori Apps (free for SAP-customers), and hence, the SAP ERP Human Capital Management´s (HCM) user interface as well.
SAP Fiori is reduced to the essential, structured in a simple manner and easy to use. Therefore, the Cross-Device-Technology is desgined for SAP applications, that focus on the desktop area and mobile devices. It consists of role-based applications, which are called apps.

Moreover, they decide about upcoming leave requests, based on acccess to their master data and absences.
