SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite is a cloud-based HR management system, whose functions are available as Software-as-a-Service (SAAS)-solution. It supports you in all HR areas – from your core HR-processes, e.g. personnel master data management and payroll, to talent management topics, like recrutiting, succession management or employee training. SAP SuccessFactors builds some sort of counterpart with its on-demand solutions in comparison to the on premise-based SAP ERP Human Capital Management (HCM) – which doesn´t imply you have to choose one of these two solutions.
