Global Template

This pragmatic approach is intended for global or cross-country SAP SuccessFactors rollouts. In contrast to the usual procedure, the work is not oriented to a single country, but rather a requirements profile is developed that can be transferred to all locations and used in all countries as far as possible in the long term right from the start. The process is defined once and the respective countries adapt their internal processes accordingly, if necessary.
