Candidate UI integrates with SAP® SuccessFactors® Recruiting and allows customers to optimise the application process as well as the standard candidate interface within the SAP solution for internal as well as external candidates. With Candidate UI, projekt0708 releases its third application available on SAP Store.
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting is a leading cloud solution that uniquely combines application tracking, job distribution, and candidate relationship management with intelligent technologies to deliver meaningful candidate experiences at scale. With the Career Site Builder capabilities, HR teams can easily create and manage their external and internal career sites, including the digital application experience.
Through the integration of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Candidate UI, the application experience can be further enhanced with additional customization options. The add-on offers users a comprehensive and completely customised online application experience that is characterised by maximum flexibility in design, structure and integrated functions. There are no restrictions in how customers layout the online application process, forms and candidate profiles. It also offers additional authentication methods, for example, via social login (via Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, etc.), and facilitates the multiple-application process.
With the p78 Quick Apply add-on for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, which is also available in SAP Store, projekt0708 has succeeded in presenting a mobile solution that considerably facilitates and accelerates the entire application process with a one-click application. Candidate UI helps to take this one step further.
Candidate UI extends the range of functions within the application process. As with Quick Apply, Candidate UI can be used optionally to parse a résumé.
The new extension is currently available in SAP Store and is already being used by customers like ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE.
