FOCUS annually recommends Germany's top employers in the medium-sized business sector. The publication, in collaboration with research partner FactField, collected a total of 650,000 evaluations from employees across 36,000 analyzed companies. The result: approximately 4,000 recommended medium-sized companies. Among the recommended companies spanning 39 industries, 85 companies additionally receive a Diversity recommendation – including projekt0708.
projekt0708 receives the FOCUS Diversity Seal
In recognition of particularly diverse corporate cultures, FOCUS-Business is, for the first time in 2024, awarding companies with an additional recommendation in the field of Diversity. During the data collection in 2023 conducted by the research institute FactField, surveyed employees were able to evaluate their employer for the first time regarding dimensions highlighting the diversity of the workforce. The questionnaire included inquiries about experienced diversity and inclusion, lived values and career processes, as well as specific measures implemented by the company to promote diversity and inclusion.

Trainee program complements training opportunities at projekt0708 starting 2024
Since 2021, projekt0708 has been offering apprenticeships for IT specialists in application development in cooperation with the IHK Munich and Upper Bavaria. Since 2013, individuals interested in dual study programs have been able to study at the IT service and consulting company in cooperation with the University of Applied Sciences Munich, the private FOM University for Economics & Management, and the University of Applied Management (HAM). For its dual study program, projekt0708 has been repeatedly recognized as one of "Germany's best trainers" by CAPITAL and Ausbildung.de. Starting September 2024, projekt0708 will also offer a trainee program in the fields of Consulting and HR Digitization in cooperation with its parent company, cbs Corporate Business Solutions Unternehmensberatung GmbH.
"For three years now, we have been employing apprentices at projekt0708 and are delighted that after the first training cycle, we were able to take on our first apprentice," reports Gabriela Hein, HR Business Partner at projekt0708. "With the planned trainee program, we are expanding our training offerings for more young talents."
In addition to expanding its training offerings, projekt0708 GmbH is also expanding its locations. Since 2023, the company has had a presence in Perth, Australia, marking its operations outside of Europe. In Barcelona, employees have been working in a new office since February 2024.
