The evaluation considered aspects such as support, workplace learning, training marketing, digitization and innovation, and success prospects. projekt0708 achieved good to very good results in all these areas.

projekt0708 places great emphasis on the training of its young talents. Since 2013, the company has been offering integrated degree programs in (Business) Informatics, Business Sciences, and IT Consulting. "It is important to us that our dual students receive a solid and hands-on education," says Ms. Hein. "Our students take on responsibilities from the beginning and are supported by experienced mentors." Dual studies are possible in Munich and Hamburg through collaborations with renowned universities.

"We are convinced that our dual study program provides the perfect start to a professional career," says Ms. Hein. "Therefore, we look forward to attracting young individuals for dual studies with us in the future."

For the upcoming semesters, there are still openings for an integrated degree program. In addition to dual studies, projekt0708 also offers collaboration with IHK Munich and Upper Bavaria for an apprenticeship as an IT specialist in application development.
