Matthias Grün

Matthias Grün is part of projekt0708´s management board since 2012. He studied business informatics, graduated with a master´s degree in business administration and with over 14 years of experience in SAP, he has gained great expertise in HR-Cloud and Talent Management. As consultant in the intersecting areas of HR and IT, he accompanies enterprises of any size in their SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Talent Management transformations. Matthias is your direct contact person from conceptual design and implementation, up to rolling out your individual solutions.
Responsibility and professional focus
In his position as CEO, Matthias is responsible for projekt0708´s internal management and is in charge for the company´s future strategic focus as well as the continous development of new business fields. Moreover, he also holds the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) and, hence, is also in charge of the company´s operative business.
Matthias has extensive experience and expertise in defining HR-processes and how to transfer them into IT-systems, therefore, he knows exactly how to successfully integrate Talent Management processes in his customers´ daily corporate lives.
Dirk Jäckel
MANAGING DIRECTOR

Dirk Jäckel is part of projekt0708´s management board since the beginning of 2008 and supported various customers with their technical implementation of individualized SAP HR solutions ever since. The business informatics graduate knows through years of operational experience, when it´s about time for IT-companies to explore new HR-technologies.
Responsibility and professional focus
In his position as Chief Technology Officer, Dirk Jäckel is responsible for the HR Technology & UX division. Hence, he is in charge for projekt0708´s development solutions, identification of future trends in digitalization as well as examination of the latest SAP technologies. In addition, all SAP UI coding languages and technologies are part of his agenda.
His speciality are SAP Self-Services (ESS/MSS) and the SAP Talent Modules on premise: E-Recruiting, Performance Management and SAP Enterprise Compensation Management. Furthermore, consulting in terms of SAP infrastructure application, e.g. SAP NetWeaver Portal, SAP Fiori Launchpad or SAP Cloud Platform, do also belong to Dirk Jäckel´s principal tasks.
Michael Scheffler

Since 2008 Michael Scheffler is part of projekt0708´s management board. In his function, he advises companies with conception and implementation of SAP solutions for HR. Having over 20 years of experience as manager, project leader and SAP HCM consultant, he has outstanding knowledge of SAP- and IT industries. Hence, he - as SAP-Expert- writes about possibilities of standard software with focus on HR digitalization and talent management for COMPUTERWOCHE.
Responsibility and professional focus
In his role as projekt0708´s chief financial officer, Michael Scheffler is in charge of the IT-consultancy´s internal services, which include the business units Finance, Controlling, Human Resources (HR) and Marketing.
His professional focus is on both, SAP Talentmanagement and digitalization of HR processes. Based on Michael Scheffler´s many years of experience, he has extensive knowledge of various SAP ERP HCM Suite components, especially SAP Organizational Management (OM), SAP Self-Services (ESS/MSS) and the toolset SAP Processes and Forms (P&F).
Stefanie Sehm
DIVISION LEAD HR TECHNOLOGY / GENERAL MANAGER

Stefanie Sehm is part of projekt0708´s leadership board since 2018. With more than 10 years of experience in development and consulting, the certified computer scientist is more than qualified for consulting in SAP HR. Her experience in application and project management identify her as ideal person in charge for customer projects of any size. She supports projects either in a leading position with a deep technical expertise, or as implementation consultant along with an holistic approach.
Responsibility and professional focus
Stefanie Sehm is the division lead of the HR Technology business unit, which offers consulting in technology, technical conceptions, requirement management and SAP in-house development around SAP technologies, like ABAP/OO, Web Dynpro for ABAP, Floorplan Manager, Business Workflow, Adobe Print Forms, SAPUI5, etc.
Based on her multifaceted experience, Stefanie Sehm has extended knowledge in the SAP ERP HCM Suite´s components. She focuses on the implementation of wholistic HR processes with SAP Employee- and Manager Self Services (ESS/MSS), SAP processes and forms (P&F) and in-house developments.
Anton Novac
HEAD OF BRANCH SPAIN
Vita
Anton is part of projekt0708´s leadership team since November 2019. He holds a degree in tourism- and travel management from the University of Applied Sciences Worms and aquired SAP know-how and experience in consulting since 2009. At the Walldorf-based software manufacturer SAP, he worked in product management for travel management software and also wrote his thesis on "Optimization Possibilities for Travel Management Processes". Anton continues on specializing in travel management and corresponding SAP-based IT systems, for which he is your direct contact.
Responsibility and technical focus
In his position as Managing Consultant and with extensive international knowledge, Anton Novac is responsible for project0708´s expansion into Spain and our office in Barcelona.
Within his professional specialization, Anton advises his customers on SAP Concur´s travel management solutions and SAP-on-premise systems as well as on SAP system integrations and interfaces.
