The Quick Apply for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting application from projekt0708 makes applying for jobs easy for applicants while helping HR departments address the shortage of skilled workers amidst the ever-growing competition for candidates.

Two German firms recently utilized the app to streamline and speed up the application process for candidates. The adaptability of Quick Apply helped Gebr. Heinemann, a wholesaler and retailer in the duty-free sector, prepare for international applications. As a result of the adaptations, different legal conditions in the recruiting process were easily mapped to allow for a uniform and centralized application management across all locations.

1&1 AG, one of Germany's largest providers of broadband and mobile services, relies on referral management as an important pillar for its talent acquisition. Its 3,200+ employees can share advertised positions with their networks to attract candidates. If a position is filled based on an employee recommendation, the employee is rewarded through a bonus system. The process increases the quality of applications while the bonuses can contribute to employee retention.

1&1 relies on Quick Apply for the online application process. For the technical implementation of the employee recommendation program, 1&1 uses on Talentry, a Talent Relationship Platform provider. With its “Engagement Engine,” the Munich-based company allows job postings to be forwarded and assigns applications to the recommender.

Technical coordination of the two systems was essential to combine both aspects of the overarching strategy. The adjustments ensured seamless communication between the two.
